Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt .We welcome orders from anywhere in the world. It is very important that we have an e-mail address and telephone/fax numbers so that we can contact you if there are any difficulties.
New Zealand deliveries: you can expect your order to arrive at your door within five working days - usually sooner. All of our deliveries are made by courier, Signature Required Service, to the physical address you specify. If no one is available at the address when the courier calls, a card will be left in your letterbox so you can arrange a suitable delivery time with them. Our Courier and Insurance charge per standard carton is $10 for the North Island and $20 for the South Island. Any additional cartons, if required, will be charged at the specified rate.
International deliveries: Delivery times obviously vary around the world so we endeavor to use the most cost effective delivery services available from New Zealand. The freight charge as specified on your invoice is an indicative cost only; freight will depend on the weight and or volume of the selected products. If there is any adjustment to the indicative cost we will e-mail you before charging your credit card.
